I've made this for the last 3 yea...Delicious!!! I've made this for the last 3 years lol I know and I'm finally commenting... but seriously it's my go to. It's perfect and cake like. Everything I want in my cornbread! One thing I'd say is I've done it in both muffin tins and also.in a smaller 9X9 and it doesn't quite give the same moisture and lightness as when I use my high sided ceramic 5X9! The glass dish I used also made more of a brown crispy bottom so I didn't prefer that dish over my ceramic white baking dish! Hope this helps!
